For 2009 season (Jan 2th - Feb 19th), we are proud to offer guided fly fishing expeditions in Chile's Patagonia region. When Winter finds your favorite local waters cold and icy there is a summer dreamland that awaits you in Chile. The section of the Andes Mountains considered Chile’s Patagonia Region is one of the most beautiful places in the world! Our lodge is centrally located in the middle of it! Lago Las Torres (Lake of the Towers) Lodge is nestled is a valley at approximately 1500 ft elevation surrounded by peaks up to 7500 feet covered with 5 visible glaciers. The lodge is a newly remodeled rustic log bulding with 5 guest bedrooms and 2 guests baths. The guides reside in separate cabanas. The views outside the lodge are truly breathtaking! Whether floating down the rivers in our fully equipped rafts, or wading accessible streams, this region provides anglers with opportunities at fishing to trout that have never seen a fly before. A very large percentage of your fishing will be “spanking the bank” with large terrestrials. On any given day you will have opportunities at trophy brown and rainbow trout.
